About you

You will have or be in the process of obtaining your Gold ECS card and possess the relevant qualifications/certification (L3 Electrotechnical Services / Electrical Installation / Apprenticeship) to that level, as well as a 17th / 18th edition certificate (or equivalent).

You will have a full UK Driving Licence (travel is a requirement), be competent in Microsoft Office, have good organisational and time management skills and be physically fit.

Ideally, you will have experience with high-power distribution systems, LV switchboards, and changeover panels. You will pride yourself on excellent customer service and have a “can-do” attitude.

About the role
To install temporary Generators and associated equipment into customers own applications as well as integrate with customers systems.

Key responsibilities

• Installation of temporary generator supply
• Testing and certification of electrical distribution equipment
• Generator fleet fault finding and repairs
• Assistance with training of apprentices and new members of staff
• Maintain and repairs various cables
• Out of hours call out service to complete generator repairs and servicing
• Assisting the sales team with generator project pricing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a local commercial/industrial electrician who is looking for a challenge and to work for a progressive company at the forefront of power generation.

Working outside normal hours will be a requirement for overtime, which will be paid at the prevailing rate.
