Our dedicated project managers and highly qualified engineers will manage the entire generator rental solution and ensure your total satisfaction before leaving the site and handing it over to our monitoring systems and 24hour control room.
As part of our service, we carry out detailed site surveys, prepare and submit in-depth risk assessments and method statements, and liaise with all parties involved to ensure every element of your project runs as planned.
INITIAL CONTACT & ASSESSMENT
From your initial enquiry, the MEMS Project Management team will assess your equipment requirements and arrange a complimentary site survey to understand your needs in detail.
DETAILED FEASIBILITY
Following the site survey, a comprehensive proposal will be emailed to you. Our team will then follow up to ensure all details are addressed and fully understood.
IMPLEMENTATION
Once you’re satisfied with your proposal and your order is placed, an order acknowledgment will be emailed to you. At this stage, you’ll be introduced to our solutions team and your dedicated project manager, who will coordinate delivery and serve as your main point of contact throughout the process.
DELIVERY
Our engineers are fully briefed, ensuring your equipment is expertly set up, thoroughly tested, and ready for seamless delivery to your site.
OPERATION & MAINTENANCE
Equipment is delivered and installed, and our remote telemetry is commissioned and operational. Our Solutions team manages your project including scheduling of planned maintenance and fuel replenishments.
